Researchers have discovered that mango helps to prevent colon and breast cancer. They have tested the fruit on colon, breast, lung, leukemia and prostate cancer cells, but have found them most effective on colon and breast cancer cells. People who have colon or breast cancer in their family should start to eat mango. I am not sure how it taste, but it will be worth it in the end.
